Does anyone know how many people are using the google toolbar (non beta original)?

This article http*//www.cnn.com/2003/TECH/internet/06/27/google.gadgets.ap/index.html quotes Google as saying millions, but they won't give specific numbers.

I was just wondering how adding tools such as the popup killer (especially when they are opt out only) could effect web traffic / advertising in general.
