How to Get Search Count for a Keyword via Google APIs?

What API to use? Do they allow such data now?

Hi,

Given a keyword, I want to know, What is the supply for that keyword with and without quotes around it.

As I know Google doesn't provide SOAP API anymore. Is there any other way that I can get these data?
