Recently I saw a high school student reading some online text. He saw a phrase he liked, went to his IE toolbar and clicked a button (maybe the Insert button). Next he highlighted the phrase and presto, the phrase became a hyperlink. The boy then went to his blog and pasted that hyperlink in so his readers could link to the article too. Does Google toolbar have such an option?
