Suggests to me that the toolbar is not as accurate as I imagined it would be..
That's why when I'm developing a site, I always link to it from other less obvious sites in buried pages --- not to spam --- but to get it on it's feet right away so when I make it live, I can begin link exchanges, etc. and not wait 1-2 months. :)
