requesting pagerank from google servers?

finding pagerank without the toolbar

Does anyone know if it is possible to manually find the pagerank via a simple URL such as the one below?

[google.com...]
client=navclient-auto&
ch=0123456789&
features=Rank&
q=info:http://www.domain.com/

This URL does not work so there is a new URL, a new process to find pagerank or this process has been removed. If the toolbar can find pagerank then somehow someway a program can be created to do the same thing.
