PR up and down with toolbarqueries.google.com

Hi,

I see one my site PR = 5 for:
216.239.39.100 toolbarqueries.google.com

But PR=4 for:
216.239.33.100 toolbarqueries.google.com

So PR is up or is down?

I see even with 216.239.33.100 toolbarqueries.google.com
THe PR is fluctating....

even when I remove the ip from hosts,
I see one of my site PR jump, from 4 to 5 and 5 to 4.

It used to be 4.
Does this mean it will be pr5 after the update is done?
