Google Popup Blocker behaviour

Hello,
Checked the old threads, but iam totaly puzzled about the behaviour of the toolbar popupblocker.
Did read this thread:
[webmasterworld.com...]

Did install the Explorer 7.3 Beta last week, not sure if that is the cause, but i get popup warnings all the time.
Even from webpages within certain websites.....
(same domain...)
But all external pages from every website i visit are currently blocked. In the old days google was just blocking pure popup's but now just every external link..... (and interal links...)
Its a pure headache, and almost to the point that uninstalling the popupblocker is the only way out.
Am i just the only person who is experiencing this?
Funny enough Adsense ads are the only links i can click on without getting this annoying popup warning......
