Any luck with the Toolbar under Wine?

Need/want Toolbar for link hunters

We are a primarily Unix shop, there is one person switching to Windows and one switching from Windows to Linux, the rest are OS X. Our servers are Linux, OpenBSD, or OS X Server. We don't like supporting Windows machines... they are a pain in the butt.

However, we have 3 people starting in a few weeks who will be focused primarily on link hunting for our sites. I am looking for a solution that will let them use the Toolbar without Windows...

Cost is a factor, was really thinking that the Walmart $200 Lindows machine sounded like a plan, just blow away Lindows and install Mandrake or Redhat and we're good to go.

Does anyone have any success with running IE (any version) plus the Google Toolbar under WINE? That would make my day.

Hi Alex.

I too have been giving this a lot of thought lately, but i'm afraid I do not have an answer for you. I gave this one a "bump" in the hope that someone with a bit more knowledge on the topic will be able to help out.
