Higher Google PR

My site's PR appears to be 7 when Google is dancing, while it drops back to 6 after the dance. Can anybody tell me how can it reach a PR of 7?

while updates are on keeping checking your backlinks to see if they drop that the update,

try and get a pr8 - pr9 site to link to you ;)
