"No kidding, the Google toolbar's been replaced by another toolbar altogether. Don't know how it happened, but how do I get rid of this thing?

No, I didn't accept any downloads.

I went to View > Toolbars and disabled what's there now, its called Intelligent Explorer. "

The file is called systb.dll and it is downloaded to your windows file (C:\windows)

You can delete it in safe mode.

"The best way to get rid of "crap" that installs itself without you knowing it or wanting it to, is to restart your machine and go into safe mode. this is the best way to get rid of locked files and directories. safe mode basically is a bare bones version of the OS, and really nothing starts up at all...and this allows you to do some dirty work with your OS to clean it up b/c nothing should be running that would lock up files and directories."

To get in safe mode you have to hold down F8 during the first part of startup.
