"No kidding, the Google toolbar's been replaced by another toolbar altogether. Don't know how it happened, but how do I get rid of this thing?

I went to View > Toolbars and disabled what's there now, its called Intelligent Explorer. "
The file is called systb.dll and it is downloaded to your windows file (C:\windows)
You can delete it in safe mode.

To get in safe mode you have to hold down F8 during the first part of startup.
