i've got numerous clients today asking me for links (both for traffic and pr)

my usual sources can't get me the exact matches i want...

does anyone have any idea where or how one can obtain a list of all the top page ranks?

is there some sort of software available that can trawl through the web, and pull a report of all domains with a specific pr?

that way, one can eliminate the common well known ones, and approach the lesser known ones?

any ideas?

Does anybody still use the good ol' fashioned search method?

That is to say, you're targetting a keyword, search for that keyword, and get links from the peeps who come out on top (since they're obviously considered the most relevant to those keywords). Quick, easy, clean - and you don't have to fuss about PageRank nonsense.
