License Keys

hard to lose a bunch of keys if you didn't have them to start with!

I have been trying for days now to get a license key from www.google.com/apis/

I have applied now a dozen times but nothing shows up in my gmail account with anything of the sort. I have come at this from so many different angles. I have used an existing account, created half a dozen new accounts, read everywhere how to get one! Even found an excerpt from a book called Google for Dummies stating the obvious and what i had already done! Oh and before you ask, my cookies are enabled :-)

Am i missing something here? Have they stopped sending out license keys? Am i the only embicile here who may not understand this(only ask as i have never seen this topic before)

Any help would be appreciated...
