Google Analytics showing incorrect results

showing low visitors and goals not working

My GA is showing extremely low visitors, not more than a few days. Comparitively my Urchin log interpretations are showing several thousands

Also, I have set-up Goals for each step of my shopping cart, but the results always show nil. In the instructions we are told to use Head Match for dynamic URLs where the 1st part is the same (widegts.com/same.asp?=1dynamic), but this isn't working.

Any suggestions?
