Here is a situation.
We have a real estate related web site. Free service, many good features, good traffic, DB driven. For agents, owners, builders.
Works for US-Canada and International listing. 7 months old, PR5.
On Feb. 25 we launched a new site, intended for owners only (FSBO).
Also limited to US-Canada.
Site is faster, lighter, a bit different services but using the same DB. For both sites we use AdWords.
Second site still having white PR bar...
So the question is - are we punished for using the same DB or it's not ranked yet?
Greatly appreciate any suggestion!
The white PR bar is not a sign of banned site please see WhiteBar PR [webmasterworld.com]
I would think its just a matter of time before you are properly listed in google...
HTH,

Does your new site come up under any searches?
Try allinurl:www.domain.com
or just www.domain.com
If it is there then you have been added to the index, and you will hopefully get pagerank in the next update.
At least that is that pattern of sites that I have worked on.
allinurl:www.domain.com works, so I hope we'll get PR at next
update...
I was a bit worried because both sites use the same DB, but the second
one is a separate service - "lite version" and we did it for people,
not for pumping first site's PR.
I would love to have more opinions on our sites, but probably it's
against the rules to publish URLs on this forum.
Anyway, if somebody would like to take a look a give couple
suggestions on SEO - would be great. Can't pay though ;-)
But promise free listing with all bells ;-)
Thaks again!
