I use a mac. Using google adwords site (found on WebmasterWorld) i got a security alert. Data encrypt error. What does this mean? Can I not use this?

I keep getting a Netscape (on PC) error. It is something to do with a malformed header or something? It also kicks me out, sometimes after a few seconds, you click something and it logs you out. Sometimes I click log in and it logs me straight out. It has had a serious problem for the past few weeks.
