Toolbar PR -- Reflects changes when?

Does the PR change when www2 & www3 change?

Does the toolbar PR change when www2 & www3 change? Or, do we have to wait until www changes too?

I think you have to wait until the dance settles a few days from now to determine new PR.

Hi, It has been my experience that if PR is going to change it will start switching back and forth between the old and new during the update and settle more and more on the new PR as the dance settles.
