One of my sites ( Google banned it a year ago) PR changed from grey to white with PR0. Does it mean that it is crawled by Googlebot?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld sun2002 [webmasterworld.com], I would think that it means google has spidered it. Have you done a search for the url in Google. Have you seen Googlebot in your logs?

We have a few brand new Clients sites that show a "white" toolbar PR of zero. The sites were crawled, but were so new/fresh and only had a inbound link or two. Might be a good sign for your long lost site! :)
