Bug with toolbar and .aspx extention?

PR is always grey for .aspx pages

I have a web site that first appeared in Google during the August update. For a couple of months now I have been wondering why the toolbar will show a PR for my home page, but a grey bar for every other page on my site. The other day I noticed that a few .pdf files that I have burried deep within my navigation even have a PR, but pages that have links from my sidebar on every page do not.

I think I have finally figured it out. I used Microsoft's .NET to develop my site, and all of the pages have a .aspx extention. I started browsing the web for .aspx pages, and every one that I have found also has a grey PR. Microsoft's home page and MSN are great examples of this, they have a few .aspx links mixed in with their other extentions.

Is this a toolbar bug?
