Where Does Google Desktop Store Its Stuff?

So, I have a laptop. And on that laptop, I have Google Desktop. Google Desktop has been pretty valuable, especially with AIM chats. While I try to remember to save important chats, sometimes I forget, or AIM crashes, or something doesn't seem important at the time.

All good stuff, right? Except for one thing.

I have a *new* laptop. Old laptop is being sold. And I'd like to have a copy of the chats Google's handily recorded, just in case they come in handy. Anyone know a quick way to run a backup?

To the best of my knowledge the data is stored here:
C:\Documents and Settings\<win xp user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Google

I assume this as this folder takes up about a gigabyte on my PC so it must be it.
