Weird PR readings from Google toolbar...

Hey all, just wanted to find out if anyone has had similar occurances as this....

One of my websites <snip> has a PR0 upon initial entry....when I click on a navigation link, the PR reading in the google toolbar goes to PR4, then all the pages seem to have this ranking of PR4....any ideas why this is happening? AND, is my site actually considered PR4? or PR0?

honestly, no idea - it seems that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't......baffled non the less....but am going to assume it's PR4
