From the Menu on the left side of the page, choose Profile. Then there's a big box on the right that says "Edit Profile." From there... you're on your own.

If you scroll to the bottom of the page after you get to that 'Edit Profile' page, there is an option to 'Delete Profile'.

Check on the header where you will find edit profile.You can easily edit your profile.

If you are changing a profile image, bear in mind it can take up to 24 hrs for it to appear on other Google properties... YouTube for example.
