Using others to list in froogle

Is this a common problem with affiliates using froogle

Our listing in froogle looks like someone hijacking our adword campaign.
1. we don't know the company url that displays in the listing.
2.the description is from a adword campaign that we created word for word including the our store url.
3. and the destination url is to amazon I think through a affiliate.

We have been submitting feeds to froogle since may-june and nothing like this has happened. Any ideas as to what is going on? Other ads for the store display the buy button instead of the image and display the footer info in the description these fields are not a part of the feed. Is froogle doing a "Florida" thing.
