Froogle Upload Failure

I haven't tried uploading for a while but having recently looked at the listing my site seems to have slipped down quite a lot. Not sure if this is because of some sort of algo change or because I haven't uploaded for quite a few months.

Tried uploading in the same way that I always did and get the following message (been getting this same failure message every time I attempt an upload for the last three weeks) :-

An error occurred while attempting to open the specified remote file, Error:200 Type set to A
200 PORT command successful
553 ********xxxxxxxx.txt: Permission denied on server. (Overwrite)

Anyone know what is going on? Could it be because I haven't uploaded for a while that my upload rights have been withdrawn - I remember somewhere we were advised to upload monthly?

From Froogle:

You can send new data feed files daily, weekly, or monthly. Your products will automatically expire on Froogle after one month, so you must upload a new feed at least once a month.

If you don't upload each month, Froogle will replace your feed results with crawl results, and those rank lower.
I don't know if that causes your permission to expire too.

But, this message:

Permission denied on server. (Overwrite)

Says to me that you've already uploaded, and Froogle hasn't processed the feed.

The feed support people are usually helpful.
