Does Froogle update at the same time as Google?

What does the Froogle update schedule look like? Maybe I missed this in this thread. Were there any hints given?
Is it happening when Google is updated at the end of each month?

Are there also 3-www's like there are with Google.com?

Froogle is based on XML feeds from merchants - and what data they can collect from the web with their spider.

My bet is that they will move to a subscription XML for merchants that care to participate - but currently, anybody can submit their XML Schema / stuff for free.
