Froogle Data Feed

This could an individual problem, but I thought I'd check if anyone else was experiencing a problem completing a data feed upload to Froogle. I'm able to get an ftp connection about half the time - when I do it just hangs. (local problems ruled out).

Yup, for me also. Froogle search failed to locate our products so I thought I might have waited too long between uploading the datafeeds. I attempted to FTP another feed, got their server but failed to establish data socket.

Thanks keyplyr - I was beginning to think there was a problem with my account or something. Guess I'll wait it out as much as I'd like to invite googlebot into some new directories....

A few days later, I am still unable to doc with hedwig.google.com.

No reply from feeds-support.

Has anyone been sucessful?

I think I may have got my feed uploaded after many, many unsuccessful attempts. I was using DW ftp at the time and when I disconnected and reconnected to see if the feed file was gone DW just crashed from the effort.

I sent a request to froogle support as well, got the auto-respond, and am also still waiting. I take some comfort in the fact that they must have received more than just my inquiry.

Been down here too. Causes program error in WS-FTP. Has been this way for a couple/few days. Multiple accounts.

Yes I've been trying to upload a feed for days. I did get a reply to my email though they are aware there is an ftp problem and they hope to have it fixed soon.

Guess they fixed it. Uploads are working for me again.
