Ineligible for enhanced listings

Hi
I have a Handmade product in merchant centre that is Ineligible for enhanced listings. I think this is due to it being handmade so it does not have identifiers and this is set to no.

I have a brand and MPN set also the google category is filled in with product type

not sure how to fix this

Perhaps create a gtin number. I am not an expert on how to do this but there are services you can hire to create a upc number for a nominal cost. Just read up about it because there are fake places, etc.
