Is anyone else seeing this? I can not get the normal Google shopping links in the SERP's for any of our products. Well, not just us but anyone in our sector! They appear for specific items (I had to order a spare part for an oven today & that appeared on the shopping results box in the SERP's although it was at the bottom of the page).

Google is constantly changing their algorithm so it's hard to say for certain without a clear example. Usually more general searches will show more organic listings because Google cannot decipher the user's intent, whereas with a more complex title entered shopping results will appear for certain items, if more relevant than the organic listings that could be displayed.

This is what I saw when I looked in this, my product would appear in the serps via the shopping channel on the more specific searches.

Our feedback has now disappeared! Was showing 88 reviews now all gone. Thanks again Google!

I had a reply back from Google saying their engineers were aware of the missing feedback problem. I've got shopping results here still?
