Possible to 301 pages in Google Shopping?

For a few reasons, including the Panda update, I'm thinking of moving my ecommerce pages to their own domain.

A problem I just thought of is Google Products. I rank well there for about 150 products, and Google has my 5 star rating from one of the ratings sites included in my listings. Enough people have mentioned that rating when calling that I don't want to lose it.

To move those ecomm pages, I'll have to do a 301 redirect. Does anyone know if Google Products/Merchant/Shopping (or whatever they're calling it this week) will do a 301, or will they want the new domain URL?

If there's a way to transition and keep the rankings and the ratings, that would be ideal.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

This helps! Never mind my question on your other thread.

Google frowns against 301 redirects:

[google.com...]

They want a new URL for each product page.
