LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Internet media company Yahoo, broadening its efforts in the red-hot search services market, has rolled out a new search platform that lets users find products, compare prices and buy from different merchants.

Y! Product search has seriously mangled listing for some of our highest dollar products. Currently in a search for any of these products the images are incorrect, the prices are off, sometimes up to over $1000 and they are displaying a product that has been discontinued for over six months.
Right now I have a sales staff that is expecting very angry customers demanding that we carry through on what they saw displayed on the Y! search. The first argument I would use as said customer would be false advertising. As we did not submit a feed to Yahoo, how can we be responsible for the content of the listings?
At the same time, we now have customers, who believe we are liars, and will not shop with us and tell their friends to not either. What is an e-tailor to do when the SE's bungle the listings? Do we have any recourse?
Contacting Yahoo! has lead into a frenzy of bureaucracy, and support is not exactly rushing to our aid.
Y! Product search has seriously mangled listing for... products.
Same here. They list our products, but have missed the images even though we uploaded the img.zip per their instructions. Somehow, they have even screwed up the URL pointing to our page (it was correct in the datafeed) so we had to add a RedirectMatch 301 to correct it.
