This is my first post, although I have visited many times before webmaster world has been an invaluable resource in delevolping my limited web talents. heres my problem. I own a ecommerce site with about 70,000 products on it. The store has been active since 2001 and I've been using froogle/googlebase for at least 3 years without incident, the site receives most of it's traffic /sales from googlebase.last thursday 10/30 I noticed a marked decrease in activy from base. I figured I'd just refresh my feed and go from there. The feeds were uploading fine but the they were all being disapproved. I emailed google saturday morning and waited Monday's reply.

< no email quotes, please >

I emailed back to google telling them that none of this applied to me. They have not responded back since. How Do I get my feed back.

any help greatly appreciated.
Cheers

If the first response was not relevant to your site, then I'd continue to try emailing them. Sounds like the first employee who responded may have been a bit too quick with the copy/paste.

Another avenue you can explore is the Google Base Help Google Group [groups.google.com].

I've emailed them three times now, the last one was tonight. We'll see what happens overnight.

Tedster;

In my original post I had quoted my conversation from the googlebase forum ticket I submitted. the outcome was basically wait for google to respond back. I'm getting annoyed at their lack of professionalism. It should take four days to respond to an email.
