Batch Updates sitting as submitted

expiration date now passed and all dropped

Is anything going on with Google Base that would keep products from going into a "searchable"state?

All batches were submitted 3 days ago and went into a "published searchable soon", but then a day later our expiration date took effect and ALL PRODUCTS EXPIRED AND DROPPED FROM GOOGLE SHOPPING.. and we're still sitting at "published.. searchable soon"

Any suggestions?

Are you including an expiration date in your feed?

Things have returned to "normal" for us (problem cleared up sometime on Feb 10 after a Feb 6 submit).

Products are submitted to remain for a full 30 days, but since it (apparently) can take 3-4 days to update (become searchable), we're planning on submitting every 3 weeks to avoid the problem where all of our products drop out of sight.
