anyone using google apps in their organisation.
Is it trustworthy to have them in the office (that is will they charge in the near future)

We are using Google Apps in our office and we do enjoy it.

I personally have setup Apps for 2 other organizations and it is easy to implement, simple to migrate mail to, sharing of docs, calendars and chat.

While it hasnt replaced our use of Outlook and Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel completely, we have been able to collaborate on documents much more easily now.

so its reliable to change from existing mail servers to google apps

we havent had any problems. if you get the paid version, it has guaranteed up time.
