Major Company Spamming Froogle

A top 100 online retailer in my industry operates multiple sites (5 total) with 1000's of products, and each of the product descriptions are the same. However, this particular company has a monopoly on the froogle listings. i find they own the top 3 froogle listings in the google results for most of their products. any ideas if this is allowed?

Are they listing their products correctly - if so then it is probably perfectly legitimate.

You'll just have to step up to the plate and compete with them.
