My feed updates OK and I've just logged in to my merchant area which says everything is fine but not a single product appears against my store name or when using the search.
A few months ago I had computer problems and didn't upload a feed for a while and I'm wondering if this has resulted in my store being delisted. If so, why doesn't it tell me this in the merchant area and tell me how to rectify the situation?
It says I already have a feed when I click on Register a Feed but if it ain't accepting it then what?
