second product feeds to Froogle

Hello All,

Could anyone help me with the following question:

I recently submitted a feed to Froogle for the first time and it was reviewed and a "success". I then tried to upload the same feed a couple of days later because I changed some information in an attempt to optimize it. I then encountered a problem where my original 25 products on the initial feed was doubled to 50. It just duplicated the products already entered.

I read in "Merchant Center" help that whenever another feed for the same store is submitted, it basically replaces or overwrites the previously existing one.

Has anyone else had a similar problem or can help me out at all?

I have never seen an existing feed get duplicated, it has always overwritten the previous feed for me. Are you certain that all of the product urls are the same?

but yes, it was the exact same feed with differences in regard to the description field of the product feed.

Hi,

We have the same issue around 40% of the time we update. The old listings seem to disappear within 48hrs.
