Froogle layout change

Looks like they have changed the way they display the results pages making them look much more like a comparison engine. Adwords have moved from the right of the page, to the top on most queries I performed.

Probably seeing more traffic and tweaking the interface for additional revenue opps through adwords...and since the original intent of Froogle was to act as a price comparison tool...Google appears to be adjusting the interface (perhaps even just testing a new layout against usability stats)

The new layout is hard to find the best price.

I started doing my Christmas shopping on Froogle and gave up after a few searches.

Before you could simply click "search by lowest price" and find exactly what you are looking for at the best price.

Now you have to go through a huge series of click heres to "Compare 28 prices" "Compare 38 prices" "Compare 19 prices" "Compare 47 prices".

It was much easier the old way.

Why would I want to even look at items that are twice as much money, if there are 100's of the same brand new items with the same part number for a lot less money?
