Logging in to Froogle?

Hey,

I registered <my site> on froogle, few days back. I received FTP information from google team to upload seeds file. But i couldnt login to my FTP account.

I tried contacting google team, i got couple for replies from them. They said, they have fix the issue and try again now. But no luck so far..

Its kinda frustraiting...

Is anyone has any idea about this issue?

Have you tried logging into the Froogle Merchant Account Page? Here you can update all of your account info, along with the password. What internet browser are you using?

Thanx for ur reply.

Well, I could login into my froogle account for ( vipwh.com ), but to register a product with froogle, you have to provide them product seeds. Froogle provides FTP access for uploading that info file to the server, I have those FTP info, but i couldnt login to my FTP account.

So any idea about the issue?

the whole froogle thing is a nightmare, tho I love it. Just keep trying, you'll get thru eventually.

What specific problem are you having? Is your login info just not working?
