oneandone (uk) and Froogle conflict?

Hi,
i have a site that is 'linked' to a 'oneandone'(UK) eshop.
I never registered with 'Froogle' but always had most my eshop items (100+)listed as the shop settings allow for the information to be automatically uploaded to Froogle each time the eshop is published.

However on checking Froogle recently i found that not one item of my shop is now listed.

I did however, about a month ago, receive an email from Froogle thanking me for my interest & asking me to register.
To my knowledge neither i or my wife applied for registration. (as we were already listed)

Has anyone experienced similar, or can advise?

Froogle requires you to re-upload your data feed every thirty days.

I always forget.
