Froogle showing differing results based on IP?

Client in FL sees one thing, me in New England another...

Just got off the phone with a client a little while ago. He's delighted that so many of his products are tops in Froogle results. I'm scratching my head because, when I search for the same keywords in Froogle, his products seem to be ranking dismally.

I've searched WebmasterWorld but can't find an answer: Do Froogle results differ based on IP or geography? The client's in Florida, and I'm in New England.

Yeah, I suppose that could happen. For what its worth, both froogle.google.com and froogle.com resolved to different ip addresses over the course of an hour or so from here.

I've not heard of this. I could imagine that after updates it takes a while to be visible on all google machines.

He could also be using different preferences, while I am not sure if the "sort by" is saved with the presets as well.
