I was hoping you could help me by providing some information. Last Wednesday, I applied for inclusion into the Froogle Merchant program. Thinking I may have missed the e-mail, I sent a nice, warm-hearted letter to Froogle yesterday, approx. 24 hours ago. Tomorrow will be one week since I sent the original inclusion request.
Last December, I received replies from Froogle representatives within 12 hours of each of the 2 e-mails I sent. I guess the are victims of their own success ;-)
I do know that I am not guaranteed to be included into the prestigious Froogle Shopping Search Engine but I believe we have a wonderful site that would be a great value to Froogle customers if included.
Would you please provide a little insight and post your thoughts regarding this message? All help is appreciated.

I'm glad to hear you got your response. I still think a week isn't too bad of a response time.
So far, I'd have to say that I'm really impressed with the Froogle team.
