I followed all the instructions for setting up the account, got the verification email, clicked the link and got the confirmation page.
Now when I try to login to the account on the Froogle Merchant Center sign in page, I can't get anywhere. I can't get past the sign in page.
Has anyone had the same problem?
I sent a request on 8/9/04 to accounts-support@google.com for help with this - no reply yet.

Did you ftp the feed? The merchant center allows you to view the status of feeds that have been already been uploaded via ftp, and is not used to upload data.
Once you upload the feed for the first time, you should get a confirmation email from feeds-support@google.com letting you know if there are any formatting errors. That same email address is the one I use for general support issues and I usually get an answer within 3 business days.

I can't upload via ftp. Since I can't log into my account, I can't set up my ftp username and password either!
