Why can't I get in froogle

Been trying for past 8 months

I originally had the info emailed to me on how to create the text file, upload instruction, etc. I have tried 4 times to get the products uploaded, but I still see no results in froogle. I have emailed them several times to see if there was a technical reason for this, but I don't even get a boiler plate response.

Is there any way to verify whether the info is actaully being updated? My last email to them was over 2 months ago and I still check froogle about once a month to se if my products are there.

Anyone else with a similar problem?

You have to follow the instructions exactly, making sure the file you upload is named properly, and then send them an email, again exactly as instructed.

Have you done all that?

Okay, I tried "Type "store:your_froogle_username"
and I got...
No standard web pages containing all your search terms were found.
Any other suggestions?
