For those of you wanting to get more than basic detail, Google has added Tag Manager support for AMP-based pages.

You will find more than 20 tag types available out of the box including a variety of 3rd party vendor tags. We also made sure that firing your tags is a breeze with great coverage of AMPís triggers as readily available built-in Tag Manager triggers:

When setting up tags, itís common to want to collect additional values such as how far the user has scrolled down the page or the pageís title. AMP Analyticsí variables serve this purpose and are available in Google Tag Manager as built-in variables ready to be integrated into your tags. Just saw this - they pumped it in the Analytics newsletter and I came here to post about it and here it was already.

The scroll trigger could be handy.
