How will we write the url destination with the new CJ java script code if we want to send them direct to merchant and to a specific page?

A typical java script link will look like this:

How and where do we add the:
?url=http://www.merchantname.com/products/widgets.html

Just add it after the question mark in the java script code just before TARGET?
