I swear everytime my CTR goes up so does my Avg. CPC

So last month for a certain campaign I had 57 clicks and a 19% CTR with an average CPC of $2.51.

This week 10 clicks 33% CTR and average CPC of $3.29.

Avg. Position exactly the same. No discount for better click thru rate :)

IMO, that isn't enough clicks.
