Firefox always crashes when using live help?

Anyone else see this?

Kind of annoying. I have the latest version of firefox, but when I have the live help open and using the browser, the keyword gets all messed up and it eventually crashed.

I haven't had any problems. I am using Firefox on the Macintosh, though. I used the live help one time without problems.
