Filters not properly working

adwords filters clicks and minimum clicks per URL report

Seems the filters are not properly working for the URL Perfomrance reports - such as minimum amount of clicks or costs. Anyone else noticed this issue?

Yes, I reported this issue to Google last week. The filters failed when they tried the same report - so they are aware of the issue...
