Are people ad blind today? Anyone else experiencing this?

My CTR for both AdWords and AdSense seems low for June 2 - the lowest I've ever seen. But I don't get enough traffic to say it's statistically significant.

I am fairly new to the Adwords CPM site targeting. My Ads have been running pretty quickly all week after starting them up across several sites and did again this morning when I brought them up. But for the rest of the day they would not display anywhere it seems.
I kept bumping up my bid and nothing. I then bumped it way up a few dollars just to test and nothing. I assume either CPM is really high late Saturday afternoon on many sites or something screwy is going on.
