I noticed only 1 campaign would show at a time. I asked google why. They replied that they don't allow "double serving", that is, 2 ads with the same keywords. They also stated that "we do not make exceptions for accounts with different target audiences or for accounts handled by third parties."
I understand the reasons behind this but my argument is that because these campaigns run in different locations, they should not (in theory) show in the same areas. I realise that the Google Location targeting is not very accurate when it comes to towns 20 or 30 miles apart. But, if I was running campaigns using a 50 mile radius on 2 different sides of a country I fail to see how I can be "double serving"?
Anyone else had any experience of this? Hope there's an easy answer that I've missed!
Cheers
No. If you have a second account, it needs to be linked. It is a violation of the TOS unless the businesses of each account are distinct (Wavey, that might aply to you). This is answered more eloquently elsewhere on this board I believe.
You need to create an MCC, all that jazz.
Hope u find what you are looking for

[edit reason] Please don't drop links. See TOS. [/edit]
Do they allow you to do on 2 sites in Same keyword? They are granted you to do that?
Yes ... they did allow that. But the bids were on behalf of two different companies that I managed PPC for at the time. (They were both engineering firms performing complementary services).
