I am currently an the Adwords advertiser for online company. I had 2 Adwords accounts right now 1 for general keywords (approx 3000 kw's) and one for model numbers (50000 kw's). Google has express concern for how large our model number account is and suggests trimming it down. trimming down the number is not an option.
we are going to be adding a couple hundred thousand more products to our site and I cant fit all the model number keywords into the one model number account. As it is with 50k kw's its very slow and hard to navigate through. I am thinking of getting an My Client Center account to manage our 2 accounts from one login, as well as support the management of additional adwords accounts. I have been thinking of making new accounts per every 10-15k model number keywords. As we add more products, the model number kw's can be seperated out via different ways. what other options do i have to manage 100k+ model number keywords?

Are these model numbers getting traffic? I assume no, based on Google's suggestion... one option would be to purge the zero impression keywords periodically.

I'm a bit surprised by this... I've have experience with substantially larger accounts with solid account performance. Perhaps, the sluggishness is tied to your campaign/ad group structure?

Beyond the MCC (which is great) there aren't that many options beyond better organizing your current account. I think the MCC is your best bet.
